On September 9, we were honored to welcome the entrepreneurs of the first “Thinking Camp” of 1688 Super Star Business Academy. This event brought together the top Super Star merchants on the 1688 platform, and more than 100 industry leaders to discuss the profound connotation of entrepreneurship.
In the sharing, President Yao revealed the core elements of the entrepreneurial spirit of “hidden champions” with his rich experience in corporate management and deep insight into society. He emphasized that if entrepreneurs have no sense of responsibility, they are at best rich people, while real entrepreneurs are leaders who can lead industry innovation, promote social progress, and achieve sustainable development.

Mr. Yao’s patriotism is not only reflected in his love for the country but also in his contribution to society.

Mr. Yao said, “Focus on the extreme, insist on the first”, only by making a product to the extreme can we achieve success. For the domestic market, Yama Ribbon adopts a large domestic sales strategy, integrates products for different markets, forms the continuous influence of the Yama brand, and brings the webbing culture into thousands of households. It has invested 800 million yuan to build an integrated modern smart park known as the “most beautiful industrial park in Xiamen”, completing another leapfrog development.
For the international market, Yama Ribbon actively responds to the national Belt and Road Initiative, takes the lead in going abroad, and invests in additional factories in the Indian Free Trade Zone, which reduces corporate costs while greatly enhancing the company’s market competitiveness.
