Shipping:
By DHL, UPS, FedEx, Eplus or other express, it takes about 5-7 days. And also can be shipped by sea if the quantity is large.
Return:
- For personal reasons, such as your dislike, the wrong size or wrong color, shipping fee should be charged by you.
- If you receive the parcel that is tainted by our negligence, please contact with us accordingly. We will check with our warehouse and take prompt action soon. However, if the parcel is tainted by human factors, we regret that we cannot accept the return.
- Due to the difference of computer display, light and other unforeseeable factors, 10% color difference should be acceptable.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the parcel you received and want to refund because of our negligence, please send Email to us and provide enough evidence. We will get back to you by email in 48 hours. But please understand shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Due to the return shipping fee might be high, we sincerely advise you to replace a new order of equal value and we will resend it to you. If the parcel that is tainted by mistake and damaged because of you, refund is unacceptable. Thanks for your understanding.
